BASIC 9

All programmes revolve around few major heavy compound movement. Namely Squats, Lunges, Hip Hinge, Hamstring, Shoulder Presses, Benchpress, Rows, Pulldowns and Core.

By customising this exercise to fit your body, rather than the other way round , we will learn what works best for your body type.

With this in mind, we can reduce the risk of muscle strain or anything untoward that may happen with a faulty movement pattern.

ADVANCE 9

Building upon the fundamentals acquired from Basic 9, we will delve deeper into different variations of the Basic 9 to take your training to the next level.

 

For instance Front Squats, Zercher Squats, Landmine Squats are variations of the Basic Squat that we will be covering in Advance 9 among many other compound movements.
